XTRA features M.A.S.S.(Midac anti-spilling system), an innovative safety system that prevents the electrolyte from leaking even in case of prolonged accidental overturning (roll over test/handling). The M.A.S.S. safety system is the result of research conducted by Midac’s engineers, who have developed a unique cover containing special labyrinth without moving parts or parts subject to wear enabling these new batteries to pass the rollover/handling tests mentioned above.
